Changes made to Defeating Silence v6.7 (original) to produce v7
(with the corresponding page numbers in the PDF [PDF] and in the hardback version [book])
By no means are these the only mistakes, they are only the ones I noticed and decided to change. Also, I have made punctuation changes that I have not included in the table below because they are only a few mistakes I could no longer tolerate. The rest shall remain there by conscious decision or ignorance until they bother me enough to warrant another version.
